Wastes from slaughterhouses and animal farms (cattle/bovine, sheep/ovine, chicken/poultry waste, bones, carcass, feet, head, internal organs, skeleton, offal, etc.) are processed first by passing through a bone grinder and then through a compact type rendering unit. As a process output, two seperate products, meat-bone meal and fat are obtained from the system. Meat-bone meal, which is a protein-rich feed additive, is used as a raw material in a pellet feed mill plant.

Thanks to our turnkey animal waste rendering & pelleting facilities, animal by-products are processed in a suitable way and converted into pellet feed.
